Kesem
Kesem is a nationwide community, driven by passionate college student leaders, that supports children through and beyond their parent’s cancer. Along with year-round support, the main program of Kesem, Camp Kesem operates over 125 free summer camps in 45 states for children ages 6 to 18 who have been impacted by a parent’s cancer.
Role: Director of Alumni, Marketing, and Public Relations
June 2020-June 2021
What I did: Oversaw A.M.P. team to run branded social media accounts, design merchandise, be point of contact for families, and host alumni events.
What I learned: Brand guidelines are the real deal and a good brand book makes or breaks it. Always listen to other ideas and give them the attention they deserve.
